Peak Employment Solutions encourages referrals from our most dependable and trustworthy employees. Take the time to submit or print out a referral form and help out that friend, neighbor or family member who you know will represent Peak Employment Solutions as well as YOU have!

PEAK will give you $25.00 for each person you refer who successfully works 160 hours without a safety or attendance issue AND 500 additional PEAK REWARDS POINTS after your referral has successfully worked a total of 320 hours without a safety or attendance issue.

There is absolutely no limit to the number of people you can refer.

Please take the time to submit or print out and complete the entire portion of the referral form.

Eligibility Rules

The person you are referring must turn in the referral form the day they apply with Peak Employment Solutions.
Your referral must successfully works 160 hours without a safety or attendance issue before you are eligible to receive your $25.00 CASH referral bonus.
Your referral must successfully works 320 hours without a safety or attendance issue before you are eligible to receive your 500 additional PEAK REWARDS POINTS.
The person you refer must not be a former employee of Peak Employment Solutions or already on file with our agency. You will be paid once for each qualifying person you refer.
